• Refunds/exchanges may be given within 14 days of purchase if items are unused, with all tags on, accessories included, and in their original packaging, and supported by the original receipt.
• Used and Consignment items are FINAL SALE
• Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given as a result of regional lockdowns, industry shutdowns, or any other Covid-related delays.
• All refunds/exchanges must be approved by management. We reserve the right to alter this policy as situations require.
• Warranty returns must be approved by management and handled according to vendors’ protocols.
