- Full refunds may be given within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, with all tags on, accessories included, and in their original packaging, and supported by the original receipt.
- Items may be exchanged if in unused condition with original tags & packaging during the same season, only with manager’s approval.
- Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given as a result of regional lockdowns, industry shutdowns, or any other Covid-related delays.
- All refunds/exchanges must be approved by management. We reserve the right to alter this policy as situations require.
- Warranty returns must be approved by management and handled according to vendors’ protocols.
